When Nick Stevens, a recently divorced ‘nice guy’, is dumped once again, he swears off women for good. Unfortunately this vow lasts about five minutes. Enter Jackie Stark, a gorgeous ball buster who would eat her young to get ahead in business. Nick falls head over heels for her the moment she walks in the office and he musters up the courage to ask her out. Her response? Indignation! Who the hell does he think he is? How dare he disrespect her authority at work by trying to get in her pants? Desperate for a way to get out of this awkward situation, Nick does the only thing he can think of...he lies and blurts out, 'I’m GAY'. From the moment these two little words escape his mouth, his life goes on a roller coaster ride that he could never have imagined. The two of them become inseparable and start spending every moment together. It’s a comedy of errors as he gets in one ridiculous situation after another. Unfortunately he can't keep up the facade for too long and over time the little white lie that brought them together may ultimately tear them apart...forever. The film is a fun, fresh comedy that explores the notion of what happens when a man and a woman are getting to know each other and sex is taken out of the equation - do they actually connect on a deeper level?
