A walking catfish--an actual anthropological phenomenon known to many swampy areas of North America--pulls itself out of the mud on one side of a road and begins a metaphysical journey across a road and into the subconscious of director Paul Morstad's version of a cross-Canada "road movie." However, this journey is unlike any road movie ever seen before.
