The history of humanity has been littered with individuals who played at witchcraft to try and create rain. Some of them are enshrined in legend. Just ask the denizens of Saguenay-Lac-St-Jean, an area always eyed by big companies for its rich hydroelectric possibilities. Oh yes, they know about its water! Tragedies like the 1971 landslide in St-Jean-Vianney or the devastating floods of 1996 have left their mark on these people. But could there be something behind these events? A conspiracy involving machines for seeding clouds to make artificial rain? After all, we've known about the eixstence of such machines since the 1950s and there's still some tongue-wagging about the myth of these diabolical appliances.

Cue our modern-day Don Quixote, Rosaire Desbiens, a good-hearted man thirsty for the truth: all he asks is to trace the story of the incredible tale of the rain machines in order to explain the mystery. In French with English subtitles.
