In the laboratories of the Bureau of Mines in Ottawa we see a wide variety of tests and experiments which help to solve the problems involved in industrial expansion. Fuels-research is a major activity. Explosives-testing, ore-dressing, and the testing of metals are among the many operations shown in the film.
