The Ride

This comic fantasy opens with a chauffeur sitting in a Rolls Royce waiting for his employer. He starts to daydream, imagining that it's winter. The scene shifts from the residential street to snowy hills, where a series of comic misadventures begin. The Rolls Royce turns into a runaway toboggan. It carries the tycoon, who is still immersed in reading the stock exchange news, on a dizzying ride. The chase includes some unforgettable antics in snow, including a piggyback ride on an incredulous skier. Filmed in the Laurentians (Ste Marguerite, Quebec). Film without words.
