Meet Norman William, a.k.a. Pierre Doris Maltais, born in East Angus, Québec. He is also Piel Petjo Maltest or Dr. Man or the Prince of Faucigny-Lucinge Malatesta or Sag Molinn Tiam. Norman William has had over a dozen identities and as many roles in international politics, finance and humanitarian undertakings.
