A convincing film about the positive things that happened when the Department of Recreation set up a regular exercise program for the employees of the Canada Post Office in Ottawa. Designed to convince employees of larger institutions to participate in fitness programs, the film describes--through interviews with upper and lower level post office workers--the day-to-day and long-term benefits of such a program.
