Exile

Given the choice to report the news in a neutral manner, or to resign his position as a broadcaster, Jean compromises by taking an assignment in the Laurentians, far from the city. He is sure that life there will be free. He and his friend Lise set off with high hopes, but their relationship deteriorates. As Lise plans to return to the city, leaving Jean to his utopian visions, he is arrested by the military.
