Canada and the American Revolution (1763-1783)

The film deals with the dramatic and fateful pattern of divergence between the ambitions of the American revolutionaries and the interests of the Canadian groups along the St. Lawrence. The flames of hostile rebellion spread northward but Canada resisted encroachment.
